Automobile Association of Southern India (AASI) is voluntary service organization for providing assistance and services to the private vehicle owners in South India. The services provided by the association includes international driving permit, re-registrations, vehicle ownership transfer, licence renewal, change of address, etc.

Federation of Automobile Dealers Association (FADA) is a national level association of and representing automobile dealers across India. With passenger cars, commercial vehicles and two/three wheelers dealers as key members, FADA also has representatives from vehicle auto components and equipment manufacturers; and finance, insurance and other related sectors and industries as supporting members.

Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) is a leading automobile association in India and an apex industry body which represents the leading vehicle and engine manufacturers in India. SIAM participates actively in formulating policies and regulations for the automobile industry and provides a platform for the industry to communicate with the Government and with the international and national organizations. The society also provides industry information through its reports, publications, conferences and seminars.

Society of Manufacturers of Electric Vehicles (SMEV) is an Indian association representing organization in the Electric Vehicles (EV) industry. SMEV is dedicated towards building EV industry in India by providing support to the Government and EV industry. Its members comprises electric four, three and two wheeler manufacturers and electric vehicle component manufacturers.

Automobile Association of Eastern India (AAEI) is an association for automobile owners in East India. AAEI offers variou services for its members like ambulance service, car examination, club service, driving tests, driving tuition service, legal advice, etc.

Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) was established by the automotive industry with support from the Ministry of Industries, Government of India as a co-operative industrial research association. ARAI has been actively providing services to the industry in areas of R&D, certification, testing, training and forming of standards for vehicles. The association has ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and NABL accreditations to its credit.

Automobile Society India (ASI) is a Bangalore based organization formed for the purpose of welfare of automotive engineers in India. The Society helps automotive engineer in prospering their careers. ASI comprises academicians, faculty from Automobile Engineering institutions and automotive industry professionals.

Society of Automotive Engineers India (SAEINDIA) is a technology focused society for the mobility industry in India. It is a society affiliated to SAE International striving to advance technology use in mobility. Its members are engineers, Government officials and students. The society, through its members, contributes to advancement in the research, design, development, manufacturing and application of all types of vehicles for land, water, air and space.

Emission Controls Manufacturers Association (ECMA) is an automotive sector association of India consisting of equipment manufacturers for controlling emission of automobile and non-road engines. ECMA provides a platform to promote emission control solutions and provide information on know-how, technologies and regulation on emission control.

Indian Auto LPG Coalition (IAL) is an association in India for the auto LPG industry. The coalition is formed with private LPG marketing companies, oil sector PSUs, LPG kit suppliers, equipment manufacturers and turnkey installers as members. It also has support from World LPG Gas Association and USAID internationally and in India from ARAI and SIAM.

Federation of All India Automobile Spare Parts Dealers' Association (FAIASPDA) is an all India network of regional associations for automobile spare parts dealers. FAIASPDA is a common platform for all regional associations for cooperation and discuss common issues as well a body for liaisoning with the Government.
